It looks like Mario Kart, and suspiciously was released the same year as Apogee's Wacky Wheels. (The story goes that supposedly the original developer accidentally sent their code to Copysoft while they were shopping their product around. Eventually Apogee bought it, but Copysoft used the code to create their own game.) Anyways, this game is a 3D-ish kart racer with animal characters. It suffers from the same problem as Wacky Wheels, namely extreme choppiness that makes it difficult to play, compared to the smoothness of the SNES game it's attempting to copy.
